I understand local, but shipping isn't that high and few have respline, heat, and flame/quench treating equipment for a "suitable" axle end in your area that I'm aware of.
"I'll check on a fella that did one for me from the 70's in Seattle that used to do it for the rodders, but doubt if he is around.
You may have to settle for CURRIE and a few others elsewhere for the axles.

update: His son said he sold the shop in 96 and is retired to his home state.
