Hi Don:
This is a timely subject. My test date for having a test done to my Cobra was in the recent past when the so called system was in a "hold" status.

That said, I have never received a notification in the mail to schedule an appointment and have the Cobra tested. (this is also true for a few other cars I own as well). I really hope that I am not in violation as a result.

So for now, I am holding tight and doing nothing until I hear from them via the postcard or whatever. Here is the location on the web for the latest infor regarding test dates and whatnot. It is a pdf
