It's mickey thompson circa 1966-1970. NHRA approved. Not terribly rare but a nice find. Yes all ford 3 and 4 speeds will mount right up. The starter has more to do with the engine it was behind. Wedge is simply a reference to the FE or 352 style block.

Sand blast it clean up the threads and you'll likely get $150-200 for it. (these are no longer nhra approved) I see this one was blue. I often see them red. I'd give you $100 as it sits provided the threads are in good shape.
