Just hard to find by itself. Even if you knew what you were looking for it would be easy to miss. The one that came off this bellhousing is probably buried in the muddy driveway (under a foot of snow) next to a rusty old fairlaine someone pulled the bellhousing off of when the engine was pulled.. I'd start looking there. Probably next to the passenger door. They backed the fairlane in to pull the engine... The inspection plate was on the ground between the car and the fence. The car is probably white with rust spots.
