Yes, I'm aware I've wasted a SB-100 number in 2004 that someone could have used. That's unfortunate.

Given the choice of investing the time, energy, and money to build a car I can't register versus allocate another number and guarantee my chance, I selfishly chose the latter.

I guess I'm just a bad, bad, selfish man. Shame on me. This has nothing to do with the system right...it's all on me. I assume full responsibility.
