Its got me stuffed too. Have a look in my Gallery as I have posted other photo's of these mounts. The rubber is in the centre with a hole through the middle. Never seen anything like it. Hoping someone else will have

The idea is that the standard LS1 mounts will replace these
The strange thing about it is that this is an LS1 Block.
