Sorry Mach, maybe I wasn't clear. What I mean is that functionally there are no differences between the two, other than the inlets are on opposite sides. I don't dispute that there may be a miner hub (water pump, not engine) height differences between the two and Edelbrock should know. However that difference in the distance created between the two pulleys shouldn't even necessitate a different belt. As for the radiator thing; what I said was match the water pump to what ever radiator you already have, not vies-versa. So if your radiator’s outlet is on the driver’s side, get a water pump to match. Because it won’t cause any problems, putting a matching water pump on, as opposed to a crazy long hose, is a no brainer.
