Don, I've heard of the product but never tried it because we need
antifreeze in this area.
Antifreeze does 2 things that I know, it lowers the freeze temp and it raises the boiling point of water. Anytime I have a cooling system problem such as overheating I fix the problem. I can't do that with a product such as water wetter. There are generally 2 problems with any cooling system, capacity and air movement. If your engine is running above what is concidered normal when the car is moving the problem is almost always capacity. If it does that when stationary it is generally air movement. If you have a radiator and fan that are properly sized then there should be no need use such a product.
