There is a gilmer drive at the back that on a shaft runnining along side the blower to the front. The shaft has a serpentine pulley at the front hooked into the regular accessory belt arrangement.


I guess it makes for easy overdrive ratio chages on the gilmer but maintains contact surface area on the serpentine belt at the other end.

I think the main reason for this setup is to keep the intake in the stock position.
