The main problem it may have is that it probably isnt self tensioning like all new car seatbelts are .
Im currently going through they same questions with my engineer , There is also a MOMO harness that has ADR .
My engineer was saying he should be able to get it passed but i may need to get a sticker made up to put somewhere on the dash that is a warning simmilar to the airbag ones you see in new cars saying that you need to adjust the seat belts .
