Default My rear shockie mounts

Hey there gav, as I said earlier I made my mounts to allow the shockie to be further inboard.
I also think that due to leverage angles I will have to purcahes stiffer rear springs (I have 500lb in rear)
Here are some pics of my mounts, I have made them out of flat plate and welded together.


In these first 2 pics you can see how the top plate rests on top of the lower arm.


In this pic you can see the flat plate comes down over the front to prevent it from moveing.

I have since dressed the welds and painted the mounts.

My springs and shockies cost me $1400.00 for all 4 with everything you see in the pic, includeing an adjusting spanner.
