It should have the split iron rocker stands also on the heads unless they have been replaced. Pretty sure they were lowrisers also. Depending how early 64 it is it might still have the iron crank as stock. Steel would be a nice bonus however. Sounds like an ok deal for $3000 or so. See if he will partial trade for one of the 428's. Check the block for cloverleaf cyls also through the freeze plugs if possible. Have you found a mustang yet?? G.
