After I sold my Unique 427 Cobra I fell into the DARK SIDE. Now I have come to my senses and want another Cobra. Would anyone be interested in an awesome hot rod with an actual top and windows? I would like to sell it outright or trade it up or down for a Cobra.
Here is the info on my beautiful 1955 Chevrolet Street Rod.
(more photos in my gallery)
It has had tons of work done to it. It has had a complete restoration/update. It has a later model Camaro front clip with power steering and disc brakes. It also has a Camaro posi-track rear end with 3:73 gears. It is FAST!
It is powered by a huge chrome and purple anodized 454 cubic inch 4 bolt main Chevrolet engine backed by a Chrysler Hemi 4-speed. The engine is beautiful and has a complete MSD electronic ignition, 6AL, coil, billet distributor, mild cam, Hooker headers, etc. Mini High torque starter, Holley aluminum intake and carb, chrome water pump, alternator, shields, you name it...it is chromed. It also has new bumpers and chrome moldings. It even has a chrome tube style grill. It has a Hurst shifter with the old school 8 ball shifter.
It has a gear drive to sound like it has a blower, a new huge aluminum radiator with pusher and puller fans, tilt steering wheel, brand new interior, seats, headliner, carpet, door panels. It also has a really cool CD player. It is jet black with Chromallusion ghost flames. It is set up like a retro street rod with the rear springs over the rear axle (SOA). It looks like Harrison Ford's car in American Graffiti (only better) The trunk is detailed and carpeted also. You have to see it to appreciate it. It also has a complete 3" exhaust system on it with Flowmaster mufflers. It sounds great!
The wheels are the only thing that I am not thrilled about on this car. I am getting new ones soon and will post more photos when I get them.
Please email me at
byc@kconline.com or call me at 574-268-9453. I can email you many more photos though the pictures really don't do the car justice.
I am asking $29,500 for it outright.
Thanks
Scott
