Are you positively sure that you never left anything out of the tool list? As for the paying cash for a car looking good on your credit, it may work the opposite. I haven't bought anything and made payments since I bought a new 1965 Ford Galaxie 500XL. Now that I was looking at getting a home equity loan to maybe do some stuff or buy that Superformance Cobra, all I hear is You have no credit history. It is frustrating beyond belief to deal with beurocracy. I think I am going to get a Govt. job and become one of them. I could work for Cal Trans as I can lean on a shovel as well as any of them.
