I know it happens and I'm sure everything is on the up and up;

However, I do find it exceedingly curious that according to Mapquest, the seller and the individual bidder who ran the price up to it's current astronomical level are coincidentally located within six miles of each other.

Then there's the other bidder who hails from the Czech Republic and has been a member for all of two weeks.
