I think the M7 is not a standard flange nut size. You can also search for DIN 6923, which is the standard that covers flange nuts.

I sent e-mails to all the companys listed and only got 1 reply, from the last company beedspeed.
They have been very helpful and quick to reply any questions.
They have the nuts in stock at a price of 10 p each.

I need 45 of them, they will supply and post them out at a total cost of 8.5 pound AUD $20.46 total.

I found a local motor bike compant who said he can supply them but at a cost of $5.50 each.
