Happy to hear that Pepe is happily back home and everything is working well. And yes, you can change the fluid in the transmission. Just ask them what kind they used. No harder on mine than changing the motor oil, but I buy the larger bottle that has a pump in it. Just drain the old, then put the hose in the fill plug and pump until it just starts to seep out. On a level place of course. Also I check the level of the gear oil in the rear end, but not every time I drive it. A posi traction unit requires different gear oil than an open rear end so ask them what kind they used. I try to stay with whatever the people who built something for me used. Havea great day.
