For those interested in the shim. Wilwood says they are made up of two pieces of very thin metal with a compound sandwiched in the middle. They are slightly smaller than the pad and you peel off a plastic covering that exposes a sticky back side and that side sticks to the pad. There are two small tabs on the front and two more on the back, these tabs are folded over the edge to hold the shim in place. I recommend that you do goggle search for wilwood and call there customer support. They can give you a correct part # for your pads. Good luck
