The brake pads on the Sierras and Wilwoods are identical, so any fix will work on both. If you want a template to use the silicone-glob method, I've posted a template here.. I had problems scaling the drawing correctly, so I put in a couple of dimensions. Put the silicone inside the circles.

To keep costs down, we use the Sierras on the 427 and the more expensive Wilwoods on the 289. Both are high quality units, but the Wilwoods are a bit narrower to fit inside the FIA wheels. It's that close.
