Mike, I think the combined cobra clubs have a committee to look into whats needed to write our own standard as the hot rod fellas did.

If this is true then the year of cut off would be defined by the clubs in that manual.

I believe thats how the hot rod paternity achieved their goal. They wrote the standard, got it approved, and all cars have to abide by that standard.

A big job but given that their manual exists then it would be a good starting point to use as a guide for a cobra manual.

I nominate Bernie to crack the whip. He ownes a money making franchise, so doesn't really havta work himself, and uses a council phone to make calls.

Besides, he's got the vision.
