If you've got spinners, get a spinner tool:

I know it's pricey, but it works and you'll need it eventually. Do a search on this subject and you'll find several horror stories about trying to get frozen spinners loose. Also, consider changing from the aluminum spinners to the stainless steel ones:

There are two opinions which have been expressed in these forums on the stuck-spinner problem. Some folks have never had a problem and will tell you that spending $185 on a spinner tool is a waste of money. Others (me included) have had them seize and fought the good fight to get them loose. If (or more likely, when) they do seize, you'll need one of the good doctor's tools to get them loose, and you'll start looking more seriously at the stainless spinners. Just hope it doesn't happen when you've got a flat tire 43 miles outside of East Camel's Breath, Nebraska. My 2 cents worth; YMMV.
