There are many options out there for the 351 strokers. Your streetability desire is going to be a function of camshaft and porting. You don't want a peaky motor for that so a slight change may make a big difference to you. I would suggest you talk to some of the engine builders that sponsor this sight for some suggestions and things to look for to make sure it will be what you want.
