Cobrabill Bill I must be the lucky one. I have never had anyproblems with FPP and Ron Miller. T he working hour are goffy but called and got return calls that night around 11:00pm est. Parts have been what they said and special gaskets have fit with no problems. I have only gotten Ron on the phone. I donot know about the kids working there.
