Earl,

I am assuming that your using a solid axle 9" or 8.8" rear right? I just went through a fiasco with my Everett-Morrison Cobra as I tried to put a 52 1/2" hub to hub 9" rear in my chassis and use the standard Trigo wheels (3 1/2" b.s.). No way Jose! I ended up having to sell the rear Trigo's for dirt and order a set of custom 6" backspace rears from Phil @ PSE Wheels. If you have have a 59+" rear hub to hub, you may be in for a very rough time. You can also check the width of the body at the rear wheel arches, but I am willing to bet you can't make them fit without either narrowing the rear or locating an earlier rear that is short from the factory (1955-1959 9" are 52 1/2"). Please let me know if you have any additional questions, I hope to prevent others from feeling the pain I have been through the last 6 months.

Later,

Chris
