Again, I am geographically challenged. In Chicago, 400 east North Ave would be several blocks into the Lake. Now, I pretty sure there are no Chevy dealers at that location. So I am betting this is probably in one of the Suburbs but with one?
I do not have the time to search for clues and figure it out: sooo, how about a little help.
