Hydraulic or slave?
Is it wet in there? Hopefully it is not.
You can adjust the linkage back so when your foot is off the clutch, the disc is fully engaged.
Look in your footbox, make sure all the linkage is tight, there is a lot going on down there. You can also choose several levels of throw on the petal itself, and the shaft itself can be lengthened. Make sure it is all tight.
Look for clutch fluid, if you find some, trace it back to its origin.
