I did the math. A 2400 pound anything with "700 hp" will turn (should) a quarter mile in 9.6 seconds. A 3600 pound anything with "700 hp" will make the same trip in 11 seconds, not exactly smoked but the Supra should lose by over a second and a half.

I'm not sure how or why a 2400 pound Cobra would get "smoked" by anything weighing 3600 lbs... If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone tell me about their big horsepower ride I knew was making half what they claimed I'd be rich by now.
