Came off the passender side rear of the Bell Housing.
The numbers you have to me look like casting numbers. The numbers / Code I am refering to is on a metal tag, like a dog tag, rivited to the front passenger side of the tranny. It should have a code, 3 letters with maybe a number/letter. Check it on the chart

Another way is to drive your car in first gear exactly at 3000 rpms, and record the mph. Drive your car in 4th at 3000 rpms, and record the mph. Divide the mph in 4th by the mph in 1st, and that should be either 2.32 or 2.78 ratio, or close to that, and that will tell you if you have a close or wide ratio tranny.
