Street class could be loads of different things.
How could rim size on an individually constructed vehicle denote whether it is stock or not? The size of rim plays no different a roll as to which diff ratio is used.

Every performance shoot out I have seen or read about class vehicles on their engines number of cylinders, engine size, how many wheels are driven or if it has any form of supercharging.

I dunno maybe thier should just be a 'Dark' and 'Light' side????
