Cobra Make, Engine: (building) - Hunter #74 w/ 302 small block (320hp under the hood). . . how many wires are there in a wiring harness?

Default Headlight wiring question...
What is the simplest way to wire in the headlights in a Cobra?

Where does the headlight relay fit in, and what else is needed to complete the system?

Never wired from scratch before, so go easy on me....
