Buzz, do not drive the car until you find out what is rubbing.

Metal to metal will make shavings in the oil and can distroy the engine.

Pull the cover and check the pushrod guide alignment, all rocker arms and all pushrods.

Next, make sure your engine mount on that side is secure and bolted.

After that, the exhaust can be rubbing on something.

What ever it is, you should find it before you break something expensive.

The notion of "We'll find it by letting it break" is not good when you are behind the wheel.
