I did not intend to be mean. This has more to do with the intent and rules specified by SB100 and the hope that SB100 is never seen as an abuse or loophole, thusly revoked.

"Specially constructed vehicles or 'kit cars' are defined as vehicles specifically built for private use, not for resale, and not constructed by a licensed manufacturer or re-manufacturer."

I stupidly believe that I am going to be able to secure a number Jan. 2nd.

I think the system stinks. I am just bitter that due to certain individuals in the kit car industry, I was not able to obtain a number in 2002 before they opened up the eligibility and presently the competition for a '06 number.
