Power Master has since fixed these problem with turning the starter a little. We have machined a small notch in the block where this starter will work for them. Power Master said they had a lot of race customers that wanted it that way to get out of the way of there headers on there Mustangs. Now they have both available for the Cobra and the Mustangs with headers. I believe they all work pretty well from what I have seen. Good luck, Keith
