BDR #43,
I had the same trouble with my clutch system. I replaced the entire system. Got the master a Wilwood from Summit and the slave from Napa. Then wraped the line in reflective heat shield. Then when I replaced my engine recently, while the headers were off I wraped them with header wrap.
This should save the hydro clutch system.
