The -J is listed as a 351C/429/460 steel gear. I noticed that one of
the Crane FE steel gears is also cross-referenced to a 351C/429/460 gear.
I guess that means the FE gear has the same outside diameter (inner
diameter likely varies depending upon OEM or aftermarket distributor).
