Perry - I have had one for over 4 years now, feeding my hungry 408 stroker windsor sb. (which can drink fuel at 4mpg on the track).
Never get more than 5 psi, never get less than 5 psi, even at WOT on the chassis dyno.
I couldn't call it quiet, however. Still, soon as the engine fires up, who cares.
I have it mounted in the trunk, above the tank, so it manages a suction head of about a foot.
