Default Size of Radiator Overflow tank for SB Ford?
What sized colling system overflow tank is recommended for a small block Ford? My motor is a 408 CI Clevor and it currently has an overflow tank with about a 1 Quart capacity. The tank pukes when the engine warms up, then when it cools down it sucks the entire 1 Quart capacity back into the cooling system plus some air.

Do I need a larger capacity tank? The system currently has a 14 lb radiator cap. I have not tried replacing it yet to see if it is opening up to "early"
