tracyda: It boils down to whatever turns you on. The originals were mounted every which way, in or out. Just make sure they match from side to side. I've even seen originals mounted differently on the front and rear. As for nuts, the acorn type looks nice, but I've opted for nylocks. Again, whatever floats your boat.
