in all honesty I finally got that we was offering help... though at first it seemed like nothing but attitude.
We will get this figured out. Been getting a number of phone calls from other NY area Cobra owners and prospects. We are sharing info and discoveries to try and get this smoothed out.
Perhaps a New York How-To will come out of this ... that's really what I'd like to see for everyones' benefit.
