Default Ford or comp cam will work good.

Hi,
Either cam is good, it will build cylinder pressure to make up for slightly lower compression, the extra duration on the exhaust will help the small heads breath. Also run 12 to 14* initial timing ,24* mechanical for 38* total.
This will perform just as well as a higher compression motor and still be able to run regular gas.
