Hard to tell from the small pics....

But here is some info:

Since these were all aircraft style belts, the 'legit' ones carry the Mil-spec designation for these style seat belts, MS22003-1 for a 3" belt

Since safety items needed annual certification, I would guess that the FC number is the year of manufacture...having seen orig Cobra belts with an FC65 designation.
