The two are separate, unrelated facts.

I just pointed out that the MS number is on all aircraft style belts. You can find those style belts in aircraft supply catalogs with that MS designation, regardless of who makes them.

The FC number appears to be a date code...so...you seem to have a set of late 80's belts
