CaliCobra,

The rake of the windshield is determined by the angle that you bolt the uprights to the body of the car. The windshield is a separate piece that fits between the two uprights. It is held to them with 4 screws on each side. If your windshield is a standard Cobra size, then it will fit.

On a side note, during the early racing days of the Cobra, some of the windshields would "mysteriously" develop a lot more rake during the race. At the tech inspection after the race, it would be right back in it's full, upright position. Isn't that strange?
