Default CR lower control arm and steering rack

Help, I fixed my rack in position today, and I clearly have done something wrong. Now I know the end of the control arm fouls the steering rack boot, but mine is really fouling, so much so that its catching on the joint inside the boot and not allowing it to go lock to lock (this is with 20mm spacers as well). I think I have the washer\bush layout wrong with the lower pivot bolt. Churchy sent me a pic, and les also reckons I had it right, but I still needed to put 2 extra washers on the end, otherwise the castleated nut screwed on past the hole. Now I believe there are too "large hole" washers, and one "small hole" washers for each side, all with indents on one face. What is the assembly order using standard rubber bushes. I currently have (threaded onto the pivot bolt), Bush, large hole washer, through chassis, large hole washer, bush, small hole washer, nut. Do i just need a couple of extra washers on first (instread of at the end) so that will bring the end of the bolt forward. Also which way do the indents on the washers face?

thanks in advance
