While I certainly wouldn't attempt to speak for SCOBRAC, the aluminum PI intake is better than either of the Performer series manifolds, which absolutely die at 5500 rpm, but provide excellent torque. The Performer RPM is good in excess of 6000 rpm. Depending on your cam, the PI intake may be the best for your application; it's a good manifold. What is your hp peak (rpm) going to be?
