I have never had a car that never dripped somewhere and I have had several new ones. I think the Ford FE engine was designed to drip. All the way from my 332 through the 427/428s they all had minor drips and some of them I could never find where they came from and when I did and managed to stop them it usually only lasted a short time. If a minor drip bothers you, just decide where you are going to park it and get a quart of
oil and pour it there and then wipe it up leaving the stain. That way you won't notice a few drops of
oil.
