Default South Bay Roads?

Getting ready for these sunny days, I'm looking for some good road surfaces, twisties (over 35mph)/sweepers/and secluded straights, in the south bay. I'd love some suggestions for small loops, or longer trips if any of you have any...

So far I've tried out:

McClellan Rd - short little jaunt starting at the end of Stevens Creek. Road is really nice until you hit the split off for Stevens Canyon Road... so its a short trip. Continuing up Mt Eden Rd is too tight and the road degrades and there are plenty of driveways down pierce road back to Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd.

I know about highway 9, but am not sure which sections are best - doing the whole bit to Santa Cruz is a significant time commitment. Any interesting sections of highway 35?

I've been out in my Jeep up Mt. Hamilton road (starting in Milpitas?) up by Lick Observatory... which is too twisty to have any fun, but on the backside down San Antonio Valley Rd, and then Out Del Puerto Canyon Road (to Frank Raines Park OHV) it could be a pretty secluded and spirited ride. There isn't anything out there, no gas, and, again to get over Mt. Hamilton it'll take an hour, then at the end of it, you are sitting at the entrance to I5.
