Appears I am allowed to use a post 97 Aus engine, this rules out the HO option I was thinking about.

I'll lead with the chin and ask for comments on say a 2000 AU Tickford 302 200 kW, any takers?

I still have trouble thinking of putting a GM product in a Ford vehicle. Does this make me troubled?

Seriously, feedback on the use of an early 2000ish AU engine such as above are sought.

More particularly does anybody know of such a beast for sale?
