When grounding the radiator, do NOT use Copper wire if you can help it. The copper and aluminum do not like each other.

A steel or SS steel strap place on the frame to the radiator will work okay, but aluminum wire would be okay also.

Water does not conduct electricity, but the particles that contaminate the water do a fine job. If you do not add the water pump lube as Rick mentioned, it would a very good idea to put ONLY distilled water in the radiator. Add WW only if you need it.
