While I havent registered one, it should be the same process as any other cobra.

Path of least resistance would be find a nice 64/65 FE block, put in a reasonable cam so you can pass the sniffer test and don't even worry about SB100. Just smog it every two years.

Unfortunately that's not what I'm doing in my SPF, so I'll be in line Jan 07 for an SB100 number.....
